REGIONAL RCMP are looking for a missing Terrace woman
who was last seen hitchhiking along Hwy 16 near Prince Rupert.
Tamara Chipman,
22 years old(at time she disappeared)now 26,
is believed to have been hitchhiking eastbound near Prince Rupert’s industrial park around 4:30 p.m. Sept. 21. 2005
If anybody has information,
please contact local Terrace/ Terrace Staff Sgt. Eric Stubbs
said Chipman is believed to have been in Prince Rupert visiting friends and partying from Sept. 19 to 21,prior to her disappearance.
Chipman is described as an aboriginal female,
about 5’10” tall
and weighing 130 pounds.
She has brown eyes
and very short brown hair but was known to wear various blonde, brunette and red wigs.
She has a small freckle beneath her left eye.
Scar On her chin
Police did say she is known to lead a high risk lifestyle which includes hitchhiking,drug use.
Police do not know what clothing she may have been wearing at the time of her disappearance.
