4 years still MISSING
Its been 4 years since my friend Tamara Lynn Chipman was last seen.
Its believed she was last seen hitch hiking outside Prince Rupert BC Canada,headed from Prince Rupert to her home in Terrace BC Canada.
after spending the weekend partying with friends and visiting with family in Prince Rupert.it was report that she was seen hitch hiking at the industal turnoff outside Prince Rupert at about 4:30 pm.
To date we has not found Tamara and we still dont know what has happened to her.
WE need answers,we need justice,WE will not stop untill we find answers and justice!
